    By accessing the website at https://volanta.app, or using our desktop software, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  2. Use Licence

    Permission is granted to download the materials (information or software) on Volanta's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
    • • modify or copy the materials;
    • • use the materials for any commercial purpose;
    • • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Volanta’s website or desktop application;
    • • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    • • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

    This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Orbx or any of its affiliated Companies (collectively, “Orbx”) at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

    The materials on Volanta's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Orbx makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Orbx does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

    In no event shall Orbx or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Volanta's website, even if Orbx or one of its authorised representative has been notified verbally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Orbx does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Orbx may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Orbx does not make any commitment to update the materials.

    Orbx has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Orbx or its authorised representatives of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

    Orbx may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Orbs

In September 2022, Orbx introduced a reward program that allows customers to earn and redeem in-game currency (Orbs) through activities and specific products. Orbx and Volanta customers can accumulate Orbs through product purchases, Volanta premium subscriptions and completing other challenges. Orbs can be used to purchase Orbx products from a selected list which will rotate in the Orbs Store on a regular basis.

By signing up for an Orbx and Volanta account, you automatically enrol in the Orbs program, and acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are part of the Orbs program and it is important that you understand them fully. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue these terms and conditions and the Orbs program at any time, without notice, although we will endeavour to notify you of any changes or modifications to the program with sufficient notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any cause or consequence in connection with your Orbx account or use of Orbs.

  1. What are Orbs?

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

  2. How do I register to become an Orbs member and does it cost anything?

    Joining is free and there are no fees to continue as a member. By becoming an Orbx or Volanta user, you automatically become an Orbs member.

  3. How do I earn Orbs?

    Orbs can be earned in the following ways:

    • • With the purchase of any product in the OrbxDirect store using real world currency.
    • • Subscribing to Volanta Premium will also award Orbs and provide bonus monthly/yearly Orbs as an added benefit for an ongoing subscription.
    • • Capturing Aerocaches and completing challenges within Volanta.

    Orbs cannot be used (at this stage) for:

    • • Gifting products to other users
    • • Applying discounts to product purchases.
    • • Some selected products.

  4. I have been an Orbx customer for a long time. Do I get any bonus?

    All accounts existing prior to the rollout of the Orbs system will be credited with an amount of “Starting Orbs.” Orbx and Volanta users can accumulate additional Orbs through product purchases, Volanta premium subscriptions and completing flight challenges.

  5. At what rate will I collect Orbs?

    The amount of Orbs earned vary depending on products purchased or type of challenge completed. It will be clear when you look at a product or are about to enter a challenge the amount of Orbs you will earn.

  6. When will Orbs points be credited to my account?

    Each user account will be provided with an Orbs balance appearing next to their account username and a starting balance of Orbs. Users will be immediately able to spend their Orbs on the Orbs Store. Orbs are consequently deducted following the successful purchase of a product on the Orbs Store.

    Your Orbs balance will appear next to your account username, once logged into your Orbx and Volanta account.

  7. What if I use a different email on my Volanta or Orbx account?

    Please contact our support team who will be able to assist you in merging your Orbs accounts together.

  8. Do Orbs expire?

    The total balance of Orbs will expire when a user account has not earned or redeemed Orbs for 12 months.

  9. Is there a maximum number of Orbs I can earn?

    No.

  10. Can I share my Orbs points?

    Orbs points cannot be transferred from one account to another.

  11. Who do I contact if I have a query?
